SmolShorts is a unique international festival of student video works. It is organized annually by the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences of St. Petersburg University and the School of Design of the Higher School of Economics Participation in our festival is a great opportunity to get the first competitive experience for aspiring young artists, to get feedback from a professional jury, and to demonstrate their work on the big screen. SmolShorts is designed to bring together students from different countries and art schools for acquaintance and fruitful creative cooperation.
